hey folks, im almost done with all my stuff for my ultimate detail, i want to make my car look just like Fminus does on his cars lol
Thats true talent. anyhow, In buying pads i just wanted to know if anyone knows the difference between these two items
and which one will i need for the PC7424. Do i need both or does the PC7424 already comes with a backing plate? Mine is being shipped as we speak
will i need an extra adapter for the hook n loop

I would like to say that it doesn't come with a backing plate.
Our base pc's dont have anything but a pc pad that is glued on to a backing plate you will not be able to use it with anything else.

And make sure it's 5" backing plate or no larger than 6" (You getting the 6.5" pads right?)

yes from piyu website he recommended
if im buying the 6.5 pads can use either 5" or 6" backing plate or does the 5.5" pads have to use 5" backing plate and so on for the 6.5"

U can use either 5" or 6" plate for your 6.5" pads
