I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on all the plastic/rubber parts in the engine bay. It makes them look black and not too shiny, like new. From what I've read, it also helps protect from the heat.

If you want to make your plastic and rubber hoses look like new I'd recommend Adam's In-n-Out spray.
