So a dirty mechanic with oily hands got the rear interior of my car and it has stains on the cloth part of the interior. How do I clean it along with the roof lining. The leather seats and dash are fine. I just need to know how to clean the cloth part of the silver color interior on my e60. Thanks.

First if this was a mechanic at a dealer I would make them clean it.
I was able to remove some real dirty spots on my car with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner. It would probably work on the headliner too but be careful with whatever you use and don't get it too wet. You don't want to risk softening the glue that holds the material on.
Good Luck.

So I detailed the car today and the Armor All carpet and upholstrey cleaner did wonders. For the leather, the Meguiar's leather conditioner and cleaner worked great.
