claybar -- lots of lub and clay will get it off.....
Will report it for a police examination and a insurance claim.

I had something similar happen to my old Maxima......
neighbors had their driveway sprayed with a concrete mix to give the driveway a patterned look. My car spent the night out in our driveway the night before some 75-80 yards away, and it had rained too. Then it sat there the next day, while they had the work done to their drivway. Long story short my car had beaded up from the rain, then sat there in the sun while they were doing the work, and apparently there was some concrete dust that settled in the beads of water and baked on. When I discovered it it was too late and it wouldn't come off. I ended up using a clay bar on the hood, roof, and trunk deck, and tops of bumpers. Took a lot of elbow grease..the spots came off, but it was too late for the clear..the lime in the concrete dust ate through the clear....so my almost perfect "midnight blue" paint was toast and now looked like swiss cheese.
Hopefully you won't have the damage I did.....good luck with it

And after that the paintwork is gone!
Will report it for a police examination and a insurance claim.

Damned concrete trucks. Half the front and hood of my car is sprayed with concrete.
It happened last weeks Thursday (at 1.30 pm) leaving a red light as the third car.
I didn't see the concrete on the road at all, but did hear a patter on the right hand side.
Well ok, I thought, it’s only sand.
But today, a week later, when I had my car washed the guys told me that there is some debris in the front that don’t come off.
The guys said, that they will not take responsibility for scraping it off.
For two hours I have tried to clean it with solvents, Fairy and car wax, but it seems that the damned concrete
has merged in to the paint.
Can anyone help?
