It's like going out or dinner and they burn your food, I don't think I'd tell you that you should've stayed at home and cooked your own food and that you should expect that type of service because you went out for dinner. That doesn't make sense and it's not acceptable.
+1....if you're paying for a car wash, you should not expect damage as a result. I take my car to a car wash down the street, but I have been purposeful in getting to know the manager and talking with him regularly about anything. I also watch his guys as they wash my car as if they are dolts. This guy really cracks the whip over there and he takes pride in the work that is done at his shop. It is hard. I would never go to a turtle wax or whatever where they do 1000 cars on a sunny saturday. I hope your situation is resolved quickly.

Thanks! After some arguing with the owner, he agreed to pay for the damage and compensate me for my time & effort. I just need to go back to Wheel Techniques to get an estimate on repairs.

Good to know they did the right thing. Still sorry you're dealing with it though--it's a crappy feeling. It's like, hey, great, I just paid someone to f-up my car!

Thanks man. I'll stop acting like a lil biya now, there's worse things going on in the world than scratches on my rims - thanks for hearing me out though...

Nothing wrong with venting, bro. That's what your e60 friends are here for. Perspective comes after you cool down.

Glad you got this resolved. Unfortunately it seems no matter where you are there are car wash owners that never want to take the blame for anything they ruin, which is complete crap.
