Hello guys

2 years ago when I bought my car... I found it had 2 scratches on my hood next to the bmw logo.. the dealer repaired the scratches.. but they F#$#%up the paint.. I always noticed the bad job but right now I noticed that the oversprayed paint is coming off and also forming all around the area like a light yellow color and that the paint looks rough.. is there a way to take the paint that is on top of the factory paint off or the clear coat....?

Carlos sorry I missed your previous question , What your dealer is going to do is right as long as there's enough "bite" on the paint to bond the clearcoat ................good luck !!
