I recently paint corrected my whole car including the fairly badly swirled clear bra.
I used Menzerna PO106FA Final Finish polish on a Sonus SFX-3 Final Finish pad with my Meguiars G220 DA Polisher. This was the lightest combo I had.
I did one pass on speed 3-4 and broke the polish down completely. I then did a second pass on speed 5 again breaking the polish down. I just took it really slow and checked the temperature of the bra periodically throughout to make sure it wasn't getting too hot.
The outcome was much better than I actually expected and there are only a few really, REALLY light swirls left on the bra that are only visible in direct sunlight if you hold your head at a certain angle!
If you don't have access to a polishing machine then I've heard some good things about Meguiars Scratch X and it's ability to remove light swirls with a bit of elbow grease, but I've never used it so might be worth researching it a little.
Hope this helps a bit.
