Brake Dust Solution - Rejex?

While were on the subject of scrubbing wheels, my my front wheels have a black dust stuck to them. It this brake dust the caked on or it this road tar. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you cure it? Its not noticalbe unless you go close but i can see it

i do the old method scrubbing, taking my sweet time scrubbing and rinsing...then i blow dry using my gas blower so that it prevents water stains. my neighbor says he never seen anyone doing it like that before.

Our you apply a good solvent - and let it work for a minute. Then wash off with a sponge and everything's perfect.

I Bought it and applied it to my rims yesterday. Today took car out for a long ride and I checked the rims and they were just slightly easier to clean. I could not use just water to clean.
I am not sure I would buy it again..
