So, from start to finish, how long did all of that take?

"SPRING RENOVATION" - Part 1 REVISITED!
Awh... I wasn't 100% satisfied with the results I got a week ago in the detail.
So I had to get back into it! I previously used Presta products and had some difficulties to finish it up nicely. Now I had purchased my first bottles of Menzerna, the PO106FA and the PO85RD and wanted to try them to achieve a better finish. And with LC CCS White pad I seemed to get the results I was waiting for....
But we'll see that tomorrow in a decent sunlight. I used a LED torch (which is very good in finding the lightest swirls) and gas station lighting to check the finish after polishing, and under them it looked great. But we'll see... Hoping the best .

So you liked working with Menzerna? Have you tried any of the 3M stuff?
I just ordered a bunch of Meguiar's stuff from ADS to attack the swirls on my Mystic Blue, do you have any experience with their products? Got the 105, 205 and Ultimate Compund, and a 6-pack of the new SoftBuff 2.0 pads. We'll see how that goes...

Very nice! And although I envy your detailing set-up I'm happy to be out of the snow by now! :-)

I liked Menzerna a lot! It was my first time with it.
I have never used 3M or Meguiar's.
Too bad I still haven't seen the results in sunlight. I got the polish residues washed away today and waxed the car too. Under street lighting and LED torch it's till looks ok though...
