Is there any way to touch this up or make it less noticable?

If it's not a deep scratch, you should try rubbing it out.
Maybe check with the dealer. My dealer has a guy that paints and touches up rims.
If it's a deep scratch, touch up paint and a product called Langka (www.Langka.com) will do the trick.
