No, not really. I have an annual wash card with my car wash, i.e. I pay one flat fee and wash as much as I want I go about twice a week. Having said that, I do get some swirl marks and may have to work on this car wash addiction with the E60 I just got.

ANy problems with damage to the wheels or shark fin antenna? Concern about car wash machinery damage has kept me out of them since I got my 550.

Do E60 ever really get dirty!!!!! I wash mine at the least hint of dirt. Maguiars Final Inspection and a micro fiber towel keeps it looking good between washes http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/pc-14829-1...CFQJsPAod6UC69g

I rarely wash my own car ... only when it's a hot sunny day and I have nothing better to do. And considering this is the UK you can imagine how often that is. I take it to a local hand wash place whenever I'm passing. Sometimes twice a week, sometimes it can go 6 weeks without a wash. I buy silver cars because they don't show the dirt as badly. My last E60 once went 4 months without a wash.
