Give the guy a break, a halh inch scratch is very easy to fix.I highly doubt your car is perfect after 2 years as a daily driver.Life is to short to sweat the little stuff!!

Be careful how you rate them. Those ratings are in the system and when your car comes in for service it may show how you've rated them before. What I did was avoid them for several weeks every time they called until I was satisfied with the work done.

+1.. just tell them you are still working with the dealer to complete all necessary maintanence or repairs and to call back for update.. if the dealer is trying to do something for you then no need to begin giving low scores
