Unbelieveable service at Autohaus in St. Louis

And I mean that in a very very positive sense.

My son recently returned from Germany, and he took his 530i to Autohaus in St. Louis. We dealt with Dennie, service writer for some general maint items. No hassle; very friendly; very honest; Dennie arranged for us to talk with mechanic for a short question and answer period.

Car was ready when promised, and car had been washed.

Met body shop people who offered to touch up some parking lot chips in return for a few smiles and a cup of coffee.

We also had the opportunity to meet with several staff members and managers. Clearly, this dealership has "the highest customer service" as its primary goal. It also appears that the owner's philosophy about 'taking car of cars and customer needs' flows down hill.

We will continue to service vehicle at Autohaus on a regular basis; no doubt about that.

Great story and kudos the them at Autohaus. Almost makes me want to move to St Louis (except of course for the Rams). Here in SoCal you'd have to give the SA a "happy ending" to get anywhere near that kind of service.

I love a story with a happy ending. There are many great dealers out there and the lousy ones would be better served if people took their business elsewhere. Glad to hear you found a great one.

Wow, really? Cool. I just posted about them last week in the same dealer thread.
