My Ride: 2006 530i - Sport - 6spd - Orient Blue with Auburn/Anthracite
Default

Well,

I just made the plunge and put money down on a 530i... it's got to be ordered so I am going to have to practice my patience skills. I've been lurking on these forums for a while and I have to say "thanks" for all the helpful discussions. I got a deal at about 4% over invoice - not too bad, given that I was not willing to get down and dirty with the salesman - it ended up within what I had already determined was my range of comfort, so I'm happy. Can't wait to get behind the wheel!

2006 530i - Orient Blue Metallic w/ Auburn leather interior, 6-spd manual, sport package, power rear sunshades (I live in sunny AZ!!!), and fold down rear seats.

Regards, Jon.

Starting with March productions, 525 and 530 got the updated engine and are now classified by BMWNA as 2006 models. The 545 remains a 2005 model but will probably get an engine upgrade in Sept.

that is odd that the 545i remain a 2006. usually, the whole series gets moved.
