My Ride: 2006 530i - Sport - 6spd - Orient Blue with Auburn/Anthracite
Well,
I just made the plunge and put money down on a 530i... it's got to be ordered so I am going to have to practice my patience skills. I've been lurking on these forums for a while and I have to say "thanks" for all the helpful discussions. I got a deal at about 4% over invoice - not too bad, given that I was not willing to get down and dirty with the salesman - it ended up within what I had already determined was my range of comfort, so I'm happy. Can't wait to get behind the wheel!
2006 530i - Orient Blue Metallic w/ Auburn leather interior, 6-spd manual, sport package, power rear sunshades (I live in sunny AZ!!!), and fold down rear seats.

[/quote]Starting with March productions, 525 and 530 got the updated engine and are now classified by BMWNA as 2006 models. The 545 remains a 2005 model but will probably get an engine upgrade in Sept.
