hello guys today I spoke to some lady from BMW N.A

but it didn't sound like they will back me up on my cpo.. I have all my old paperwork , where it clearly says that some noises from my engine are normal and now they are saying is my clutch my flywheel and my transmission.. so my only comment on this.. if you are under warranty and you listen to a noise, just get it fixed if not complaint complaint and complaint..

They should be willing to honor the warranty being as this was documented prior to CPO kicking in. Therefore it would fall under new car warranty. I would call BMW NA back and ask to speak to a higher level person. I would make sure to throw out if you have sought legal help too.

yeah man the lady says she was going to call the dealer, but she also told me ( oh we have put a lot of money in you car) yeah because it was there more then ten times for same noise and brakes squeaking and they replaced my steering column, if checking the vehicle a couple of times and saying this is normal .. I don't know where did they spent a lot of money.. also she saying that tech's and foremans are like doctors, that they can tell you a diagnostic but it can be something else
