Just picked up a 2006 530i with 37k miles and we noticed the start of a small bit of rust forming on the rear quarter panel in front of the tire. Is this something that the factory warranty will take care of or is it not covered?
Also we were talking to a salesman and he said something like the body is covered to 100k but not sure if he was talking about a CPO BMW.
Though he didn't know we bought a car and he had a little nice scare tactic that you have to watch out for hydro locking the motor in the winter, had something to do with the oil separator locking up or something. Any one heard of this happening before?
