I wanted this so badly that I bought the part myself, thinking I would install it and then simply go in for a software update later. However the TIS says that the software update must be done prior to the install. Also although there are very few parts to install it involves opening too many areas of the car and looks quite complicated. Best left with a dealer.
However my local dealer quoted me over ?700 for this work.

I've still not got my final bill, as the dealer say's with everything they've done it will be quite complicated, however with the problems they've had, the extended retro-fit cost will be very minimal.
It works just fine & i think their original quote was about ?100.

I had my voice recognition installed free of charge, as it was mentioned in the brochure at time of ordering.
