I just took in my 550i for maintenance. I just picked up the car two weeks ago and found a couple issues I wanted fixed under the factory warranty. The issues are: left front headlight washer cover sticks up, the common wind noise from the sun roof, and some strange noise in the breaks. Well I guess the headlight cover was a no - brainer, they replaced the gasket around the sun roof which I expected after looking that up on these boards. Finally the slight noise when breaking:

Apparently there was some sort of bulletin on the issue, so now I am getting all new pads, and because of some slight rotor wear, they are replacing my rotors as well. Free break job WOOT!!!! I LOVE BMW!

The wind noise from sun roof is going to be on recurring fix unfortunately. It will break again in 1-2months

That sux Well at least it's a cheaper fix than some other things that can go wrong.
