Owner's Circle http://oc.bmwusa.com/ -> Sign in -> Update My Profile -> Add a vehicle -> Add the VIN or Production Number

But the Owner's Circle site is 2-5 days behind reality. Calling the 800-831-1117, saying "Production Status" to the automated system, and then giving it your Production Number, is more timely information.

Until the vehicle is at the port, BMWNA Customer Relations (the humans at that same number above) also have up-to-the-minute information about the status of the car.

But the dealer's internal ordering system also has up-to-the-minute information on detailed vehicle status the entire time, from order to delivery.
