my dealer is the shit, and washes the car, but i dont let them. only i wash my car.
As part of your communication/feedback with the dealer, tell them that. I am sure that they will make every effort to see that you get what is coming to you. Maybe even a few well-hidden scratches, holes in back seat, loose nuts/bolts. Many dealership personnel will immediately make changes in their performance and behavior once they realize how picky a customer is. LOL

have you worked in a service department before? I have. I dont think you are speaking from experience. and what is a well hidden scratch? ooh. that is like tagging a bridge with invincible spray paint. holes in my back seat? brilliant. I would never notice that.

if someone told me that i would get paid the same but have to do less work, I would be angry at them too.

I would recommend that you go thru the chain of command at the dealership, up to and including the GM. A low key professional approach generally works. You might try calling in and asking for the name of the sec of the GM. She can be of great assistance. She might even give his/her email address. Tell her you have some feedback for the dealership, and you really do not want to start with BMWNA. I guarantee she will respond very expeditiously and appropriately.
that is a quote from you that i just read somewhere else. how does someone who presented such well thought out useful advice in one thread, write such nonsense in this thread?
