Recently I purchased a 2005 545i CPO with 26,000 miles on it. I have spent the last month unsuccessfully trying to get the driver's seat adjusted so it is comfortable (Sport Package Seat). Today I finally noticed that the bottom leather of it is all stretched out and the bootom of the seat much softer than the passenger seat. The original owner must have: A. Had a big butt, B. Weighed a ton or C. Both. Would replacing the seat be covered under the new car warranty?
