Is McKenna BMW's service department any good? I've been using Shelly BMW for service, but I thought Shelly BMW's service is mediocre. Is McKenna better or worst than Shelly?

BTW, I really don't want to drive further, so that's the only two available for me.

Go to the one you're more comfortable with but McKenna sales has been shady and was actually penalized by the DMV a couple of times in the past 3 years. I would never bring my car to McKenna at all.

Thanks for the advice. I did not think highly of their sales, when I took test drives there. I left two messages there at the service advisor's mailbox and never got a call back. It's almost impossible to get them on the phone. I guess it's good that I didn't go there.
