Last June, in France, BMW changed both the pricing and the overall features of the warranty extension contracts; the old "Serenium" contracts were replaced by the "service inclusive";
Apparently the cost of the service inclusive contracts was way too high: I just got the info from my dealer that all prices were cut starting September 09: for example, simple warranty extension (Repair inclusive) for 5 years and 100000km on my 520d has dropped from 1460? (June pricing) to 894? (September pricing); So, ask your dealer for the NEW fares if you are about to sign in for the "service inclusive" contracts !!!!

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

Wow!!! That's quite a drop in price. Glad to see a BMW fan helping other fans. Great little forum we have here.
