Service Advisor at Nalley BMW, Atlanta?

Hey guys,
Got my 550 not long ago. Got a punctured run-flat even more recently (300 miles on the car before the puncture
). I got the road hazard insurance with the car, so I'm covered there, but I would like any recommendations for Service Advisors there at Nalley. Anyone have good/bad experiences? I want to know my Service guy will care about my car as much as I do! Thanks in advance!
BTW, also thinking about getting Sirius installed while the car is there for the tire. Anyone have experiences at Nalley regarding the Sirius install? Do they have fair pricing at Nalley for this? Thanks again!
