I spoke to bavx today.. Hartge appologized to them for sending the wrong splitter, and they appologized to me. Hartge is sending a painted splitter to bavx sometime next week hopefully, and dealing with the shipping charges and extra duty I'll be charged. I guess they'll send a check or something.. not to sure. The problem's resolved! I may have over reacted a bit yesterday, but it was a very careless move by both vendors imo.. no harm done!

Last I spoke to bavarianx (Bobby) was Aug. 14th, they said that Hartge is taking care of it and I won't have to pay anything extra and that they will paint it themselves and deliver it to me. I asked him when I will know exact details and he said hopefully next week, he will call me and let me know..
So I went on my trip to St. Maarten, got back.. no missed calls no info no anything! I also remembered about the $135 check I was supposed to recieve in the mail about 3 weeks back, and never did.. It was for the TPM sensor install they were going to take care off since bavx "forgot" to add them to my wheels I purchased from them. So I call Bobby yesterday Sept. 2nd and said "whats going on? I still have no check, no word on the splitter and have this huge box with the wrong splitter taking up space in my office at work". He said "you didn't get the check? Ohhh I'll put a stop order on it and send you out another one" (bullshitter.. he never sent it to begin with) He then said "as for the splitter, it's here in paint at the moment". I then asked him when I'd have it, he said "I'll check what paint is up to and let you know". I told him I'll call him tomorrow..
I call today, no answer.. call again.. Bobby isn't here can I take a messege, I left my name and number.. no phone call back which didn't surprise me since I've gotten a return call maybe twice out of about 30 times.. I wish I never paid for the splitter in advance.. their taking there sweet time and really don't give a shit. I would never reccommend bavarianx to anyone! Terrible to do business with! be warned..
