NAV System
Steptronic
Cold Weather
Premium Sound
Sport Package
Rear Side Airbags
Rear Sunshades
Fold Down Rear Seats
Rear Seat Heating
SAT Radio
Heads Up Display
MSRP: $67,525.00
Invoice: $61,700.00
36 months, 10k miles p/year, $2555.00 total out of pocket, $730.33 per month including 6% NJ tax. I got pricing from 2 dealers here in NJ that were only $10.00 apart on the monthly payment.
Based on my original negotiations it looks like I did alot better, as I was originally looking at a 545i with a $64,??? MSRP, $2700 out of pocket,36 months 12k miles per year, $776 per month. Is BMW giving dealers a rebate on the 05's? According to my figures it looks like I'm getting this car very close to invoice.

all four are giving 2k over invoice..36/12..between 823 and 829 a month with putnam ny taxes in the payment..sounds nothing like what everyone else is gettin. i threw numbers you guys got at them and they are puzzled.. i threw them franks numbers and they said its impossible..ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,help..lollll
oh yeah and the rates given were .001oo, and 59% with 12k miles a yr

that if that $825 includes taxes...then your price without tax is $760 a month.
if you pay all the taxes up front (around $2400) then your monthly payment will be around 750.

My information is about a month old, but I paid about $1,500 over invoice with a MF of .0012 and 61% residual. I could get a lower MF but not at $1,500 over invoice, so in the end all three dealers that I talked to came down after about two weeks of negotiating and multiple phone calls to the same effective price. This is the SF bay area and demand is fairly high for BMWs so I would think that outside the area, price are slightly better.
