I have narrowed my choices down to two; any feedback would be highly appreciated.

My original order was built early but with the wrong wood trim, so my dealer scheduled me a new build date. So I?m thinking of changing the color from Silver Gray to Black Sapphire. What do think?

The "Exterior Silver Gray" option did not work for me. It's combo is my choice. Black is not a color; it is a significant part time job with no pay.

This is very personal decision, so no choice is really "wrong." However, I tend to agree that the E60 looks better in lighter colors, which reveal more of its lines. I have silver gray and love it. Looks clean even when it's not, and it looks stunning on a sunny day with blue sky above, which tends to bring out some of the blue in this color. I also have black leather interior, which I think is a very elegant combination. But as I said, there is no wrong choice here...

Of course I would recommend silver gray because I have it.

I think dark colors, especially black will make the car look smaller and the lines on the car harder to see let alone trying to keep it clean.

I have not washed my car in a month and it still looks clean. That is a plus.

As most of us have, I agonized over color combo decision. I'm very pleased with Silver Gray/Black/Anthracite!

I do believe the e60 looks best in light colors. That said, if I hadn't ben given a very good deal on my car, my first choice was black with auburn. Many of us really love the auburn interior, and black is a classic choice, if one is willing to maintain it.

If it gets very hot & sunny where you are, go with the lighter colours... I love my Titanium Grey II with black interior, but during the summer, it really sucks in the heat.

That said, if the heat doesn't get to you in Germany, black looks very, very, very slick...
