Apparently BMW NA has annouced that peeling interior pieces etc will no longer be covered, as it is an wear n tear item. My dealership would not replace them, even though they were replaced less than 2 years ago. Shouldn't the 2 years warranty on replaced items still apply? My SA said, nope, no covereage, BMW NA has changed their rules.

Anyone else experiance this?

Wow that sucks. NO WAY that's wear and tear...maybe after 20 years but not less than 6. I got my trim replaced under good will on my 545i from my dealer about 7 months ago...

I checked with my Service Advisors and no one has heard of that. Should be covered.

ask the factory rep to look at. i've had both bumpers repainted after the dealership said no but the rep said yes. Call the svc dept and ask what day the rep will be there and then just show up. When they auth the painting of the front bumper that is what I did and the rep looked at and then said he would cover.

That's always a good start. According to their web site, the 4 yr. warranty/maintenance covers everything but tires.
