Welcome aboard!!
I know you can get it for about 1,500.00 over invoice. That was my experience with a BMW dealer in So. Cal.
So good luck and start talking numbers with the dealer. Good luck.

One member sent out requests to 35 BMW dealers asking for their best price. Got back about 10 replies and the best one was $1,000USD over invoice.
That's one way to go.
Search for "Rizzo" on the board. Mr. Rizzo has a methodology that he uses and you can study that also.
You might find a 2004 cheaper. Also beware that the 2005 545 has PDC as standard. In 2004 you had to pay for it.
Check Edmunds.com, Autobytel.com and a few other car buying web sites so you can get tips and tricks of the trade. Edmunds.com can has TME (true market value) which they claim is based upon what people are actually paying for their cars from actual sales, not a estimate.
The more you know, the better you can negotiate.
Also, AAA has a buying service if you are a member. They may be able to get good prices.
Good luck.

I want to really purchase one...I am located in south FL right now but home is in Jersey. My bro has the 745Li and I want to get the 545 so bad.
I will try my best.
I want to get my payments to be around 500 a month.
How much down payments realisticly can I put down?
