I got the ship info from the website for Wallenius Wilhelmsen which is usually the shipping company that BMW uses.

You can go the BMWNA website and then go to the "owners" menu option. From there choose the "owner's circle" option and then click create account. Just follow the directions from there.

My Ride: 2008 535xi / Platinum Grey / Black leather / Step Auto / Sport / Premium / Cold weather / 18" wheels / Logic 7 / Comfort / ipod / Navigation / Fold Down Rear Seats / Rear Airbags / Sirius SAT / Spoiler / Extended Clear bra / Bluetooth. (Previously owned a 2002 sport 525I Loaded).
On order: 535xi Platnium Grey with Black interior, Step Auto, Sports package, Premium package, Cold weather package, 18" wheels, Logic 7, Comfort access, ipod adapt, Navigation, Sat radio, Rear spoiler, Extended Clear coat bra.
I called my sales Rep and she told me that my car is at the port of exit but it's not on a ship yet. She said it will go on a ship any day now and then I can track it. 
That will give me enough time to get the one I have now fixed.

Don't be surprised if it sits at the port of exit for a week or so. This is one of the toughest times, knowing that the car is built and just sitting there but not getting any closer to you.
