Well, I traded in my '02 745i for '05 545i and brought the new baby home.
She looks very much like daddy with following characteristics ...
Titanium Grey / Black Dakota
6-speed manual
Sport Pak (style 124 wheels)
Premium Pak
Nav
Active Cruise
Dynamic Handling (AS + DD)
Comfort Seats
Through load with ski bag
Elec. rear sunshades
Heated rear seats
PDC
Compared to 745i all I can say is wow. Finally, I can feel what a 325hp engine is like.
Too busy with other things right now. Will post tomorrow my initial impressions.

My short drive today was a lotta fun. Just trying to get everything set up for me will take time. Haven't had any time to pour through the manual yet. Tried unsuccessfully to pair my RAZR. Looked like everything was good on both ends but test call failed to be received through car.
Tomorrow, I plan to spend some 'quality' time with the new family member, on the road that is.

Really? I paired 3 phones perfectly fine with the car. 2 RAZR's and a V600. Actually 4. one was the sales agents RAZR borrowed it to make sure it would pair with the car before purchasing the RAZR.

I paired my RAZR no problemo.
Congratulations on an awesome car. I think we'd all be interested in your impressions changing from a 745i to a 545i. Most of us I believe moved up to the E60.
