Congrats on the upgrade!

You should add HUD.? It works great with Nav in Europe.? If you want to try mine out in the Chicago area, contact me.? The 545 is awesome.

If you've read the board at all, you'll find that I'm probably the most pro-SMG person alive! I think branie made the best choice for himself since he was considering an automatic and an SMG. Most automatic drivers don't like SMG's. Now those old-fashioned ones who won't give thier left leg a rest, for whatever reason, those are the guys that WILL buy an SMG in the future -- they just don't realize it yet!

BMW taking back as trade in. I had alot of problems with it; it was a 9/03 build and was in the shop nine times in nine months. It's still loaded with squeaks and rattles, occasional A/C odor, and CD/Radio issues. That's what started my campaign have BMW "make things right".

BTW, what can I do about the RF tires if weather is lousy? Any suggestions out there?

I'd really prefer all season tires on 135M rims (M Sport Package).

? ? ?

Hi, and you'll have great fun with the 545. I hope I can do European Delivery for my next one.

I am going to take my sport package Dunlop runflats off for winter (245 front, 275 rear) and put Dunlop runflat Winter Sport M3 tires on all four corners, with new wheels, all four identical at 225s. I'm told the narrower tires will make a huge difference, and that this tire is also fine on dry pavement. So Thanksgiving to Easter I'll probably use the 225s. I'm hoping that will be fine. The tire dealer and BMW dealer agree on this setup, and say they've done plenty just like it. We'll see.
