I'll be purchasing a 530i or 545i (still haven't decided) within 2 weeks and would like to option it now as I would like to be prepared and have my mind set before I go to the dealer. Can you guys give me your opinions on what options are a must and which options I should avoid.

I'll be doing the following mods to the car:

1 - 19 or 20" Iforged Wheels (haven't decided on size)
2 - A little drop
3 - Sound System

Quick Questions:

1) How difficult is it to use the SMG? How long does it take to get used to it? Is it worth getting?
2) Is the Sports package even worth considering as I'm going to lower the car and change the rims asap?
3) How good is the Premium Sound Package? How does it compare to the HK System in the E500?

Any help/opinions would be highly aprpeciated.
