My new 520 has been delivered today. Car had to be driven 250 miles to me ( long story ! ) and therefore attached photos show the car a bit grubby. Unfortunately as it is near freezing point at the moment I cannot wash the car for a day or so. I also cannot drive the car as it is registered on 04 plates and therefore I cannot take out on public roads until 01.03.04.I will post my first impressions in next few days.

Are those 17x7.5 wheels?

We get these on the 545i with no sport in the US

Arrgh, Mark, how frustrating is that?? Having the car outside your house and not being able to drive it yet Are you going for a midnight drive on Sunday night/Monday morning?

Those 116 wheels look brilliant. I am so glad I ordered the same style

Yep it's pretty frustrating to have a new car sat on my driveway and not be able to drive it - 3 full days left. I even had to pay the 1st March price increase as the increase applies to date of registration and not date of build or delivery.
I cannot even wash the road grime off the car as the weather is hovering around freezing.
Thanks for the comments - I love the 116 17" alloys and the titanium grey metallic paint - think it looks restrained but classy!!
