My '07 530xi was scheduled for brake flush and micro filter changes - and I wanted the alignment checked ... BMW Assist called in the request and my dealer (Turnersville BMW) arranged a convenient time today so I brought the car in this afternoon for what was planned for a 2 hour service. I asked my SA to look it over as I am nearing the expiration of my 4 year / 50K mile BMW New Car Warranty.

So during the planned maintenance services he reported the tech found a leaking transmission modulator and if I wanted to wait it'd take about 2.5 hrs to service that item. Since it was already 2:30PM and I had a prior commitment for the evening I asked if they could arrange a loaner. They provided a nearly new and freshly washed 2010 X3 ... and off I went. I'll drop by tomorrow to retrieve my 530xi!

The Sales Manager paired my DROID and off I went ... Service with a smile !!

Every dealer experience should as pleasant as mine have been with Turnersville NJ BMW - but then again, it's been my BMW dealer for only about 24 years
