my530i

My 530i was schedule for 15Kmiles service and some minor fixes including software upgrade. It has been two weeks sitting on the lift. They told me that after upgrading the software ver 12.1x, it caused some other modules malfunction, and they had to order new modules for replacement. I just called them yesterday to check the status of my car and was told it'd be ready tonight or tomorrow. Still no phone call from them. However, there is one good thing that they gave me the loaner 2004 530i with only 1200 miles on it which is newer than mine and it's now 1900 miles. With this loaner, I usually rev all the way to 5000+rpm and push the car to the limit. It has been very fun. I wish they can keep my car for a month or so and I'll file lemon law suit to ask for the refund and upgrade to 545i
I am glad that I asked for the loaner. Still love BM-trouble-U ;-). I'll get sport package for my next car. This standard suspension is not fun enough.

Thank you AlohaLC. I like this forum very much because it's a global connection b/w NA and EU. I think this forum is the most active E60 forum that I've ever seen.

My plan is I'll upgrade to 545i once the 4yr/50Kmiles warranty expired because at that time, most of the bug will be fixed and more feature will be added.
