So after keeping my car for literally a month the dealer finally calls me in today to tell me that the fault in the passenger restraint system is from my safety gateway module which will be 1800 to repair. He then tells me that the leak in my transmission which I was sure would get fixed under my aftermarket warranty was the transmission mechatronics sleeve. I dont know much about the tranny but this is a list whats covered under my warranty. The SA told me my warranty company said the mechatronics sleeve isnt covered. What do you guys think? Should i bother trying to argue it out with the warranty company?

Internal Parts plus: Torque Converter, Flywheel/Flexplate, Vacuum
Modulator; Electronic Shift Control Unit; Transmission Cooler;
