I'm an audiophile also, and the Logic 7 system is the best OEM system I've ever heard in a car. The bass is much tighter than most 'boomy' systems, the separation is excellent for a car, and the highs are quite clear. The distortion is minimal, and most importantly, the system is easy on the ears.

My wife couldn't stand the top-line Bose system I had in my Audi. This system is several levels better.

Logic7 is the best option I have in my 530. It makes your driving more fun.

1800$ is not going to buy you anything near as good as this aftermarket..

I'll tell you were to find the cash; forget the schnitzer plastic bits and get something really worth while.. MHO as always..

Absolutely, and the lines of the car would be totally ruined.

Radu:
I have had my 545i almost a year. The Logic 7 sound system was worth the $1,800. It has only cost me .18 cents a mile and getting cheaper by the day. Welcome aboard.

We will take all the money out of your pocket for OEM accesories so you won't be able to mod anymore dennis..

In the end the only mod you will be able to do is buy the 5-series keychain

When i decide to get the 545 over the 530.. $8000 was moved over, now it looks like another $1800 will be moved.. right now... im loooking at making payments if i am to slap on ....Rims / tires ($5000), suspension ($800), ACS Kit ($2500), Brembo's ($3000)......and those are just the big things... i'm not even including small stuff like tint, interior pieces, exhaust, etc............... :'(
