So I am using an internet lease calculator with the following numbers.

2008 535i
MSRP-$62500
Negotiated price-$58500...about $1500 above invoice
I will pay first payment and license upfront
36 months, 12k per year
MF is .0019 but I will be doing the max deposits bringing the MF to .00181
60% residual
This shows a payment with 8.6% tax of $752

After spending most of the day with my Sales Manager...we are not even close....he was waay over $900 per month...besides his profit margin....What am I missing here?

Any ideas?

I've got $757+$65(tax)= $822 for the above MSRP/PRICE/60% residual and .00181 MF (is it correct?). I do not see neither how you came up with your $752 nor their $900+.
