. btw, doesn't matter lease or finance, if you put the same down payment, monthly payment for two-year is always more than three-year.

You shouldn't be paying MSRP. Shop around online. Maybe you'll get a better rate and purchase price.
If you sell the car for $18,000. That will pay for 36 months of $500/mo. payments. Plus you'll earn interest on the money during that time.
