Wondering what kind of lease numbers I should expect to get in CA w/ $2500 down on a '06 530i that MSRP's @ approx. 56k? TIA

First you need to find out what the money factor and residual would be for your car from the dealer. Then you can follow this link, input your numbers and it will calculate your lease payment.

Last time I checked, the MF was about .00265 and the residual was 60% for a 3 year 15K mile lease.

BTW, market price for an '06 530 right now is about $1000 to $1500 over deal cost.

If you are leasing, the deal on the '05 545i is amazing. It is actually less expensive to lease a comparably equipped 545i instead of a 530i. The MF is .001 right now and the dealers are willing to sell for the same premium over deal cost because they want to move the '05s before the '06s are announed in a few months. I ordered a 545i for this very reason about three weeks ago. Go play around with the calculator and you'll see.

Good luck.
