36 month/12,000 mile lease

Monthly Payment without acquisition fee $506
Monthly Payment with Acquistion fee $524 rolled into payments
No additional money down besides security deposit and first months payment
.0005 money factor
625 acquistion fee
Other dealers would not use .005 money factor and wanted to charge 825 and they said they could not change the 825 or they had to increase money factor
I opted not to get premium package b/c i never adjust my lumbar support and i don't use the garage door opener in my current 04 525i
What do you think?????????????
