In Canada I put 6000 down and its 1400 a month for 3 years. The price of the 535xi loaded up here is just over 80k. I say jump on that 535

Too Solid
Not only do we get ripped here in Canada compared to USA leases, but I think that you have been had on your lease.
I have two quotes in writting for a 2008 535Xi with M Sport package,Premium Package,Navigation Package for $ 1198.00 ($1353.00 tax in)
on a 39 month lease with ZERO down. Lease rate is 1.5% instead of 2% as I would be a repeat client.
Boy life in T.O is expensive.
Also have a quote on a 2008 550 with premium Pkgs & USB Audio for $1308.74 before taxes but this car is a demo with a couple thousand clicks on it.
