The dealer called today, my car came in this morning. They wanted to get the deal done in October, so they were very glad I came to get the car that day.

The car looks beautiful, smells beautiful, drives beautiful. It was late by the time I got out of there, so only drove approx. 3 miles from the dealer to home. Only 4 miles on the car when I got to it!!!

Will post pics later, after I get the red reflectors installed and my e60 forum decals stuck on.

I bought the extended warranty (7 yrs/100K miles), paint guard, wheel/tire protection--cost alot of money, but I figure that I'll be keeping the car for a while and it'll be worth it in the long run.

Congrats! How much did you pay for the extended warranty? That's the "official" BMW warranty, correct?

 

Why didnt you ask your salerep to install the red-reflectors and all weather map for free ?

I asked my salerep for both and he said..no problem (mr. blablah)
Where did i get that idea from? some one posted it here a while back!

I will pick my on Saturday. We finalised the paper work on Saturday. He gave me same story. He wanted to close the books before the start of Nov.

 

Amigo, Did you mean all weather mats? I feel like I stole my 530xi (brother's friend is the dealer) should I push and ask for these? I was just about to buy them on the web...

The salerep will gladly give them to you as well as the reflectors.

Pricey, but worth it in my opinion as I plan on keeping the car for 6 yrs.
