You may want to make this warning a sticky or at best keep this post at the top of the list to better serve your Canadian members as I am seeing that there are members in the middle of transactions and the rules for import into Canada have changed. Thanks

My Ride: 2008 535i Sport

LOL this just happened to me. I have a 2008 535i on its way from the us and it got stopped at the border because the us customs lost my paper work by the time they released the car to Canadian customs this new rule was put in place. Now I have to pay $350 CANADIAN to get BMW Canada to tell The canadian Border that it is ok for my car to be let into Canada and this will take 2-5 business days to complete. So I am not happy with this and that it is BMW new rule that is stopping me from bring the car to Canada.
