I think Ill start leasing cars after this..
IMHO there are "good" lease deals and there are not so good one's - - There are any number of on-line calculators so you can run the numbers and determine what works best [buy vs lease] in terms of the total cost of acquisition and final disposition.
Getting hooked by a "low" monthly price makes many customers become the slick sales person's wet dream!
And, like a marriage, getting into a lease is [or at least until the credit crunch hit] easy ... getting out, well you get the idea

Bottom line- Lease if you are cash poor and buy if you are cash rich...Also take into consideration how much mileage you put on and years of ownership. End of story. Oh yeah, and the vanity play...some like rolling new every 2 or 3.
