Germain BMW of Naples is where it's at. Never before have I seen a dealership that is as clean, friendly, helpful, and quick.

My SA always takes care of me, whatever the car needs. They don't give you the bullshit with "but its a lifetime fill, or your not due for an oil change" If you want something done on your car...they'll do it. I went in today for a Diff. flush, oil change,a leaking shock, and some other small stuff...
I asked the SA if he could keep a sample of the oil so I can send it to BlackStone labs, he said "sure no problem". The dealership is also extremely mod friendly, there are a bunch of young techs there that do a lot of modding, the one guy has a 135i that he is working on....we where talking about my car and the exhaust and mods I have on it...he loved the exhaust and all the mods I had on my car...it's great to have a dealership where the techs think just like we do. You know they are going to take care of the car!

To anyone in the general area...there's no better place than Germain BMW

Wow, and to think all the SA's I've seen around here are pressed-shirt wearing tightasses... Naples sounds like it might be worth the 1,600 mile trip!
Lol

Good one Krozi

Always good to hear about a dealership that does knows what a "Customer Experience" really means!

I know you take good care of them too with referrals and positive feedback on their surveys .

What goes around - comes around

That's great to hear. I've had an excellent experience with my current dealership as well, Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. They don't sell many 550s or M5s that far south into New Jersey so they already treat my car and me very special.
