I'm struggling with a lease on an '07 530. The worksheet is really hard to understand. I have the following numbers and appreciate any help:
MSRP 56,950
Capcost 54,125
MF .00050
Resid .62
Acq fee 825
Cash 2789.62
Govt fees 412.75 (what are these?)
taxes 1650.11
doc fee 45.00
sec deposit 700.00
I get a payment of 607.63 but leaseguide.com has the payment way lower. Hard to figure out what goes where on their calculator. Seems like I'm paying more than the stated down of 2789.62, which is what they say the total initial payment is. Any help very appreciated.

Yes, it's true. The MF is really that low. Only for 525 and 530s.
