How much would you pay for this? $38k sounds very reasonable to me... what do you think?
BMW 545i 2004 with only 11,000 miles/Like new condition
1 Owner/Non smoker/Always maintained/50k warranty
50k bumper to bumper & full maintenance warranty good until August of 2008

Sounds like it's a very good deal to me.

If they're asking $38,500 I would think you should be able to offer $36k or so and they'll take it. Regardless, sounds like a good deal.

That is a good deal. If this is private sale, I would recommend giving some money to the original owner so he can purchase an extended warranty. Only the original owner can purchase the warranty through BMW, but then the warranty is transferable.
