How much would you pay for this? $38k sounds very reasonable to me... what do you think?

BMW 545i 2004 with only 11,000 miles/Like new condition

Exactly. That's almost half the price of what I shelled out for my 550i, which was new of course.

If they're asking $38,500 I would think you should be able to offer $36k or so and they'll take it. Regardless, sounds like a good deal.

That is a good deal. If this is private sale, I would recommend giving some money to the original owner so he can purchase an extended warranty. Only the original owner can purchase the warranty through BMW, but then the warranty is transferable.

^If the guy's lease is ending, that would roughly be the residual, but most likely a little more than the buyout price.

Buy it! It's still a baby. Low miles = value, espc. if you intend to keep it for some time to come.
