How much are people selling 05 545is for?

My Ride: 2009 535i
I have a friend who is looking at an 05 545i for 23,000 with sport package, no navi. How much are people getting these for from private sellers or dealers in this economy?

My Ride: 04 545i - Titanium Silver/Black, Sport pkg, Comfort Seats w/ Lumbar, Premium Sound, power rear sunshade, Adaptive Xenon Headlights, Steptronic, Park Distance Control, Fold down rear seats w/ski bag, Aux jack, 6-disk changer, puddle lamps...
Engine: Custom Remus cat-back exhaust w/chrome square tips, K&N Air Filter, Charcoal Filter Removed, Sprint Booster :-), 50/50 mix of 91+100 Octane, EuroRev ECU Remap (coming soon lol), Dinan High-Flow Throttle Body (coming soon...maybe lol)
Interior: Portable Sirius Stilletto 100 w/car kit, Garmin Nuvi 680 mounted below rear-view mirror, LCI-style I-drive knob, Dark Poplar Center Dashboard Trim.

23K is very reasonable for that car. The car has 35k on the OD - thats less than a 10k/year average. Dealer sales will probably run about 27 grand for this car (or more depending on condition). The kicker is the factor warranty will/has ended. Unless the car is CPO'd or has an aftermarket warranty available, it can get real expensive if something goes wrong. Do a search here for aftermarket warranties - i think theres a thread going around now with one. though it may add to the cost of the car, the peace of mind for those years of coverage may be invaluable. Somewhere in that 22K to 25K area tops with 35,000 miles.
Nav. I won't worry about too much as in 04/05 the Navs where quite basic compared many other cars Nav systems. Basic portable unit will do more and is easier to use.
